FYI William and Arnold Heavilin, eldest son of Jacob Heavilin and Susannah Jones, were the same person.His name was William Arnold Heavilin.I have tracked him in the census records to 1860.He disappears at that point.(Did he die in the Civil war, perhaps?):

In a message dated 3/13/2007, Loretta "BEEZES", census research volunteer, writes:
I wasn't able to find William A. HEAVILIN [after 1860].He seems to have disappeared.There was one William HAVLIN in Crawford Co., MO that was born in 1838, however, his father was born in NY and mother in SC, so I'm sure that's not him.
