Dorothea/Philadelphia - 1770

I have a marriage license for a Dorothea Heimberger to a Johannes Sommer dated 18 Feb 1770 filed in Christ Church in Philadelphia.As it happens, there is also a child Mary Summers born May 1769,but christened 4 July 1771 and her parents are listed as John and Dorothy Summers. Are these couple one and in the same?

If so, who are the parents of Dorothea Hemiberger?
