Carl (b.abt 1908),& Esther(abt 1910), ch. of Frank/Barbara Helferich,ButlerCo,OH

I have an original postcard photograph of the children of Frank & Barbara Helferich, which I’d like to get back to descendants or family members. Photo was taken in 1916, and written by Barbara Helferich, from 807 So. 9th St., which I found to be in Hamilton (Butler Co.) OH.The children in the photo look to be a boy about 7-8 and a girl about 5-6.In the body of the text (sent to Barbara’s niece Elsie Harder in Indianapolis, IN), Barbara says that “we got a baby girl on June 26”.The card, bearing a 1 cent stamp, was mailed on July 12th (1916)

I found the family in the 1920 census for Hamilton (Butler Co.) OH, and the family lived at 807 S. 9th St.Frank C. Helferich was age 43, wife Barbara, 40.Children were Carl J., 12; Ester S., 10; Marie C., 4; and Elsie, 2.Obviously, the “baby girl” referred to in 1916 was Marie.The two children in the photo have to be Carl J. and Esther.
