Hellström - Swedish/South African link

I, Gavin Bernhard Hellström (born and living in South Africa), am looking for my Swedish ancestory.The only names I have are two brothers and a sister (Knut Bernhard, Joseph Bernhard and Maria Hellström).Their father (Knut Bernhard? Hellström)departed Stockholm by ship in the late 1800's for central Africa (possibly for the then Belgium Congo). Is there a genealogy Department in Sweden who can be of help?
