Hemmerling in Cook Co., Illinois-1800's

Researching Augustus HEMMERLING who lived in Chicago in 1880's before moving to Nebraska.
Found a few other HEMMERLING listed in Illinois Marriage Index, 1763-1900. These names had Cook County as place of marriage. Would like to know if there is any link to our Augustus. Thank you, Gary
