MRS. EDWARD (MARY THERESA) HENNEBERGER
SEPTEMBER 4, 1896
On Wednesday evening, September 2, at the Kankakee hospital for the insane, occurred the death of Mrs. Theresa Henneberger, wife of Mr. Edward Henneberger of this city, from a complication of bronical and lung troubles.
Mary Theresa Walsh was born in Kissingen, Bavaria, November 26, 1862, and came to America with her parents when a child, and had since lived most of the time in this vicinity. September 5, 1889, she was united in marriage with Edward Henneberger. Three years ago last March her relatives and friends were forced to a realization of the sad fact that her mind was failing and the following May it became necessary for her to be placed in the hospital, where she had since been. She leaves to mourn her departure her bereaved husband, on son six years old, one daughter four years old, her mother, brother and other relatives.
The remains were brought here last Thursday evening and the funeral will be held from the SS. Peter and Paul's church tomorrow (Saturday) morning at nine o'clock.
