Hello Crichton .
My G+ Grandfather William G HEPPEL was born in Chester Cheshire 1841 according to the 1981 Census witch gives his age as 40 . He was married , Sep Qtr 1872 in Chester, to a Sarah? vol 8a page 678. He is listed as an ,Examiner of Accounts County Court Dept Treasurer (C S Off) .
The wife Sarah, Was born in Ewloe Flint Wales in 1848 , it was a Civil Narrige in Chester .
