Herndon.You noted that Donna Guyton said she may be of Indian descent and may be adopted.We know that she was married to Earl Oscar Epps in Walton Co., GA in May 31, 1891.She was the second wife of Earl (Early) Oscar Epps.Her children were:Lucy Belle, Cora Lee, Oscar Earl.

Early Oscar Epps 1st wife was:Susan "Sunnie" Hodge(s).Children:Otis, Willie, Sara, Luther.

I have a book that was written on the Herndon's in 1956.In that book it shows her as a daughter of Egbert Monroe Herndon and Frances "Fannie" Lewis.I found Egbert and Fannie Herndon in the 1860 Morgan Co., GA census.Yet the Herndons lived in Walton Co. near Social Circle.There is a church between Monroe and Social Circle called the Annie Mary(or Mary Annie) Church and a Herndon cemetery.I get
