Francis Aden T. HERON, Police Chief New Delhi, India 1920s

Francis Adens T HERON married in 1922 my great aunt Elizabeth Cameron ROSS (b 13 Apr 1880)possibly at Newgardens ,Dalmeny the home of her brother Iain Woodman ROSS factor there. They were visited by Iain in India before he died in South Africa in 1926 whilst visiting his brother Percy - James Matheson Percival ROSS.
Frank was a police chief in either Delhi or New Delhi.
He had a sister Charlotte I believe and I think his father was John HERON in Ireland. I'd be pleased to know more.
