Frank Heron in Jamaica/ Panama

I am looking for some information on Frank Heron.He was my grandfather and was born 1879-81 and died 100 years later.He had several children including (but not limited to) Ines, Dora, Daphne, Frank.He was either born in Panama or Jamaica and bounced between the two places throughout his life.I believe he mainly stayed in Panama for the latter half of his life.Any information or correspondence would be greatly appreciated.
