Heron family bible lost

My grandmother, Ruth Louise Heron kept a family bible that was sadly lost just days before I inquired about it.My elderly great aunt, who lived in Buffalo, NY, had it when her home was burgled.Her children promptly moved her to a safer place and the bible was left behind.No one knows what happened to it but I'm hoping that instead of ending up in the garbage dump it may have gone to the salvation army or some similar place where someone will find it and realize it's value.Please email me if you have any information.Thank you.
