Bessie's father George Ross ,Braelangwell & of Viewfield, Inverness a founder member of the ill fated Glasgow Bank would have been long dead before her marriage to Frank in 1922 so they were married at her brother's residenceNew Gardens,Dalmeny near Edinburgh where he was factor.

There was a Charlotte mentioned in later years when she died and she may have been Frank's sister.
