Hugh Heron

I'm looking for information on my grandmother's father Hugh Heron. He seems to be a mystery to the whole family. He might have lived in texas at some time. His wife (I think they were married) was named Ricky (possibly her nickname). His daughter's name, (my grandmother) is Philytha.
