My grandmother had a brother named Hugh Heron.Their father's name was Claude Heron and mother's name was Mary Ellen Darling Heron. They raised their family north of Faith, SD in Perkins county.There were eight children
Ruth, Mary, Bertha, Claude, Hugh, Violet, Bud, and Laura. I can't remember what Bud's real name is.My grandmother, Mary, was born Feb. 14, 1900. I remember being told that my great uncle Hugh lived in Texas. He also spent some of his life in Deadwood, SD during the 1930's.I hope this helps and good luck.
