Another spelling HERRON. I,m looking for info on a William Herndon (another spelling). In 1844 Mr. Herndon became Abe Lincoln's law partner in Springfield, IL, and they worked out of the same office for 16 years. After President Abe Lincoln was assasinated Herndon wrote a book about the real life of of Abe Lincoln.

I am fishing for information. Anna, do you have any information regarding Mr. Herndon, His family, or any-
other Herrons, Herons, Herrins, etc., etc.... From the Springfield, IL area -----OR----- Any Herrons from TN, AL or GA.
