My grandmother was Marie Wilhelmina Herzog.She lived in La Porte, Indiana and was married to Donald Avil Keller.Her father was Fred Herzog, Sr.He was married to Mary Schuttger (I would have to look up the correct spelling).I understand that they came from Germany, though, not Russia.The dates are correct.Fred and Mary had Fred, Jr. who I believe moved to New York during the Depression.Two or three of their children (Rita and Donnie) lived with my grandparents for a few years while Fred Jr. & Zita set up a garage (???) in New York somewhere.Fred Sr. & Mary also were the parents of Marie, Art, Ruth, and Genevieve.
