I am looking for the parents of Joseph Hess, born. 13 Apr 1813, died 19 Apr 1894 and buried in Smallwood, Carroll Co., Maryland.He married L Belinda Hill on 15 Dec 1863 in Carroll Co. , MD.He had 10 children including:John Thomas, Martha Ellen, Daniel Brewer, Mary Dora, Birti May, Joseph Emory, Charles Walter, Edward Howell, Horace Elmer and Oscar Cerman.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.
