Re: Hess, Frank 1950s IA

I have a Franklin Hess, born 1867 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.He moved to Carroll County, Illinois, sometime between 1874 and 1877.They lived there about 7 years, then moved on to Nebraska.I am sure they passed throuth Iowa, and Franklin would have been about 17 years old at that time.I don't know if he moved on with his family or stayed to work someplace.Does any of this connect or help?If it does, I have lots of information on his brothers and sisters, but none on him.He was the brother of my grandfather.
