Sarah Hess Brewton Arkansas 1860's

I am trying to find information on Sarah Hess.She was married to James J. Brewton who was killed in the Civil war in 1862. They lived in Arkansas and I have been unable to locate who she married after his death.She was the daughter of James Hess and Elizabeth Wells Hess.
