Henry and Onney
The two Henrys of Granville, NC/Mecklenburg, VA cause some confusion. However, it appears quite certain that the Henry who married Onney was the son of Francis II.
Part of the problem with identifying him is the fact that he and his brother James seem to have moved back to Louisa from Granville in 1780.
They went off the Louisa tax lists in 1778 and appear for only one year in 1780. This coincides with Henry's land purchase in Louisa and quick sale later that year. Onney's name is mentioned on the sale.
Both seem to have moved back to Granville andstayed there. Henry died 1799 or 1800 based on the tax lists.
