David Morgan Hildreth, a lawyer and politician of this city [New York], died yesterday at his home, No. 13 East Sixty-fifth-st.He was forty-five years old and was born in New-Orleans. He was graduated from Columbia College and Law School.He was for many years connected with the Republican party and at one time represented the XXIst District in the legislature, but later went over to "Tammany."
