Samuel Hildreth of NY

Looking for details of Samuel Hildreths early life until about 1850. Presumably b. about 1805 in Maine, son of Abel Hildreth and Sarah Goodano. Subsequently married Betsy Gainer about 1830 in NY and subsequently had several children while steadily moving through NY. Wife Betsy apparently d. about 1842 and Samuel eventually ended up in Hume, Alleghany Co., NY and married a Mary Finch.
