William Hill married Catherine Stacy 1745 Overwharton Parish Stafford Co. VA

William and Catherine have seven children in Fauquier and Shenandoah Va before 6th child Simon and several other siblings move to Muskingum Co. Ohio.Simon, George and John are Revolutionary War vets.I cannot trace William's parents, except that John is the oldest son and there was a John Hill who died in 1743 in Overwharton register.Wife was Elizabeth M. according to Stafford Co. Will.St. Paul's register shows a marriage of John Hill and Elizabeth Mohoney in 1716.Is this enought evidence? Who were John's parents?The Hill family intermarries with the Holmes, Redmans, Hensleys and Shaws in both VA and Ohio.If you have any ideas please share.
