Re: Hilliards in Indiana please read.

Hello- I have been researching my husband's family of which there are numerous Hilliards.This is my line - John and Maria both born Ohio around 1802 --children Harriet E. (1827), Brownell (1829), Fielding(1831) all born in Ohio and then Susan (1838) in Indiana.Brownell continues my line but maybe yours could be from Fielding.Brownell L. Hilliard married Lovinia Fitzin 1853 in Bremen, Marshall, Indiana. Their children Orphus Alonzo, Mariah/Marie, Mary Elizabeth, John whoes second wife was Ida May, and Harriett.---- not sure of John's children except a Lovina Belle who died as a teen and adopted handicaped children.My Hilliards were mostly in Northern Indiana /Amish Country we call it.Regards-vk
