Re: Hilliard/Hillyard, etc., Wm. and Mary, Washington Co VA

I have done research for my husband.His line is thru Joel Hilliard B. 1814, who is brother to William Hilliard, b. abt. 1809.I have that William married Mary W.It has been quite a while since I worked on all this, and did not think at the time to make note of where I saw the Mary W.But feel I must have seen this on a census or marriage record.But, maybe Mary W. is something that will give you a clue in the future.

I would love to have additional information on the Hilliard line.I have Joel's father and (grandfather who dates back to 1741-1786, washington cty., Virginia)
