HILLIARD in Ontario, Canada

My grandfather's name is Gene Hilliard.He passed away two years ago.We think we are related to a Tom (Thomas)Hilliard of Prince Edward Island, but not entirely sure.Tom was married to Elsa Carmichael.I think Elsa was from the Richmondhill Area.My father is Tim Hilliard and lives in the Barrie/Orillia area and has three siblings.
