Mary Hilliard who married Andrew Frink in Preston, CT on Jan 31 1773

I'm researching my ancestors and found that my 5th great grandfather, Andrew Frink, from Stonington, CT, married Mary Hilliard in Preston, CT on January 31, 1773.

This marriage was performed by Justice of the Peace Samuel Mott and is documented in the Barbour Collection.

I don't know how to go about finding who Mary Hilliard's parents are.

I found two women named Mary Hilliard.One was born to Joshua and Esther Burgess Hilliard in 1745 in Little Compton, RI.Another was born to Benoni Hilliard and Marha Lord in 1747 in Killingworth, CT.

Anyone know anything about this woman, and who her parents were?Or can help me figure out how to find more information?
