Hilliard-Frost Connection

Looking for information on a James Hilliard who died in Northampton Co, NC.His will was dated 12 Feb 1764 and proven in court in Aug 1764.In his will, he metions 61 acres he had bought from a William Frost.
I have been looking for the parents of a Johnson Frost of GA, born about 1788, who was married to Rececca Hogue.He named a son Hillard J. Frost, another of my ancestors.The name Lawrence has also been used in both families.
Would anyone know of a connection between the two families.Thank you.
