Thanks for replying to my post.Unfortunately, I don't think we have a match.My Maria Katharina and Johann Jakob Hilpert were from Saarland, Germany.If your Hilperts are from that area I would suggest you check out Harald Reviol's website:

Click on Kirkeler Familien on the left side, and then Familiennamen in the text.You'll find many, many Hilperts and just maybe you can connect yours to one of them.
