Re: Abraham Hilton in Randolph County, NC

I am a decendant of Andrew Hilton, through his son, John, who died in Randolph County, N.C. in 1790, and in looking back through all the family, back to John Hilton, born 1650 in St. Mary's Maryland, I can find no reference to an Abraham Hilton.In Ancestry.com I did find an Abraham Mayfield, Jr. who died in 1809, who had a daughter, Nancy Ann Mayfield Jackson Hilton, b. abt 1765 in Granville County, N.C.Abraham was married to Elizabeth ????, and then to Mary (Polly) White.
