Celin Hilton married to Mary Eberly

My g grandmother Laura Hilton Scotten's parents were Celin and Mary Eberly Hilton.Laura also had sisters Ada Hilton Lloyd and Elsie Hilton McDowell.Celin and Mary would have been married around 1875.Any information on this line of genealogy would be greatly appreciated.
