Hannah Hilton of Fitchburg, MA (1780)

My 6th great grandmother, Hannah Hilton, married Daniel Thurston in Fitchburg, Worcester, Massachusetts in April 1780 (or at least the intention of marriage was posted March 30, 1780 in that place).However, I have no information on who her parents were and I am trying to track them down.I know there was a Samuel Hilton that took his family to Lunenburg, Worcester, Massachusetts and he died there in 1756.He even had two daughters named Hannah (one died young) so Hannah seems to be a family name.The one that survived was born Aug. 16, 1744, which would seem to make her too old to be my Hannah.I have little information on her older brothers Samuel and William, who may have also had a Hannah of about the right age.Does this family sound familiar to anyone?Any insights?I am looking for any evidence of who Hannah Hilton Thurston's parents were.Thanks.
