I've been tracing the HIMBURY name for a friend. Her grandfather was Alfred John HIMBURY and he was born in Woolwich in 1883. His mother was Emma FARR and his father Alfred Churchill HIMBURYwe don't know why or where the Churchill name came from, I would be interested to know if this matches with info you have.
