I finally found some information on this man.

He was the son of Adam Himes(born May 1845) and Rosannah (born Feb. 1842).

His siblings are:

Clara (born 1882)
Sevrereta (born June 1884)
David (born Apr 1887)

On the 1900 census, he is listed as Seesly or Sessly.

The 1910 census lists him as being the adopted son of George and Loretta Eckl.
