Charles H Henchcliffe/Hinchcliffe b: 1879; Ohio

Hello, I'm trying to find information on Charles H. Henchcliffe (or Hinchcliffe).Charles is my grandfather's biological father (so he is my gr grandfather).My Grandpa was adopted at age 2 and never knew much about his biological father.I have my grandfather's Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio birth certificate.It shows his birth name as James Harold Henchcliffe, 10 July 1910.(His name was changed at the age of 2 when he was adopted by his step father.)The birth certificate shows the father's name as Charles H Henchcliffe.(I was always told the spelling was Hinchcliffe). It states that Charles' age at last birthday was 31, so I figure he was born around 1879.I also assume he had been in Ohio for a while, but not sure if he was born there.Finally, the birth record states that the father, Charles, occupation as "employed by detective agency".
Does anyone have any information on Charles that can help me?I would be most grateful.
