Exact date and place of marriage of Phoebe Hinckley and William Schenck

I am researching this line.Many sources give their marriage date as 1823 and place as Mecklenburg, Tompkins Co., NY.I have found both families in the 1820 census for this county.I would like to find out if there is any definitive record of this marriage and any further details of William's ancestry, which seems to be one of the great unsolved mysteries in genealogy cyberspace.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,
