Hello Richard: Glad I could be of some help. It seems to me that if you are already certain that Sarah's maiden name was Hinesley you could be reasonably certain that it is the same couple. Hinesley is a rare name. Also, what are their year of birth listed in 1850 and 1860 censuses? Does it match the possibilities in the earlier census records I mentioned? Did you check the marriage records for Clarke Co GA. There are other Hinesleys mentioned in them. Of course you would check for Weaver. Hinesley can also be spelled Hindsley, Hinsley, Hinsely, Hindesley, Hainsley, and if the record keeper or transcriber were not on the ball, it sometimes appears as Hensley or Hindley (more common names). Good luck with your search. If you find out any more on Sarah's siblings, please let me know. Take care, Leonard
