There is a Weldon Hinesley in the Federal Census of 1910 for Georgia, Waldorf Co. listed in the household of John T. Hinesley (50 GA); Mary (wife 50), John W. (21) Weldon R. (18), Alma (17), Albert (14), Fronie (13) [probably Saphronia], Roy (10, Bertie L. (dau 8).
Federal Census 1920 there is a household of Weldon Hinesley in Barrow Co, Winder on Woodlawn Avenue #327, aged 30, listed with wife Pearl (28).
I don't know if this is the same Weldon you are looking for. There may have been more than one. This is the only record I have.
If these are the right people I can take you back a few more generations.
