Emil Hinrichs b. ~1880 Ger? d.~1908 SF, CA
I am looking for connections for the following people:
Emil HINRICHS, born abt. 1880. He married Rose Marguerite GRAY, born 13 Aug 1873 in San Francisco, San Francisco Co., CA.Emil died bef. 1909 in San Francisco, CA in an automobile accident and was probably buried in the SF area of CA.Rose miscarried their baby the day after his death.
More history about Rose:
Rose married (2) 13 Jun 1909 in San Francisco, CA, George Albert BAILEY, born in 1872 in Biloxi, Harrison Co., Mississippi. George loved cars.George died in 1935 or 1936 in the Long Beach, CA., area 6 months after buying property in Belmont Shores, Los Angeles Co., CA.He is believed to be buried in the Vallejo area, Solano Co., California.
She died 26 Aug 1956 in Belmont Shores, Los Angeles Co., CA and was buried prob. in Vallejo, Solano Co., CA.
I am also looking for Rose's parents' families. Her mother, Marguerite STAMMERJOHANN, was born Aug 1841 in Denmark. She married (1) abt. 1867 in NY, William George GRAY who was born in Scotland and died bef. 1879 probably in SF, CA.Marguerite married (2) on 17 Sep 1879 in San Francisco, SF, CA, August F. MAGRITZ, born abt. 1835 in Prussia or Germany.
Rose's brother, William GRAY was born abt. 1868 in New York (1880 Census 4th Ward, SF., SF., CA p. 553A H/H Magritz).William (Jr.?) is believed to have died between 1881 and 1917 in California.Rose wrote undated poetry of her brother after his passing. The latest of the two dates found on her poetry is 1917. I believe William died before then. He's not on the 1900 Census with Rose, Marguerite and August but he would have been old enough to be on his own. There are a couple of William Grays in the San Francisco National Cemetery without birth dates who died about the turn of the century.
Thanks for any help you can give!
