Family of John Hinrichs of Missouri

I am looking for information on my paternal grandfather's family. I was never allowed to see him and could find very little out about him. When he died someone did call my Dad, but of course he was not interested.
His name was John Hinrichs and I think his middle name was William~ I know he was buried in Excelisor Springs, MO and died in the 1980's. He married Millifred Anne Fisher in the early 1920's in Jackson County~Kansas City, MO, dob~6/19/02 and died 6/19/85.
My father is Glen William Hinrichs(dob~12/26/25 and dod~12/28/2000) who grew up in Kansas City, MO in the Wesport area. He married C. Lucille Tompson in 1946 and fought in WWII as an Army Ranger.
Dad had a sister named Mildred Hinrichs Greve, who moved to Arvada, CO in the 1960's and died in the late 1990's in Apache Junction, AZ.
My grandfather had a brother that lived in Olathe, KS by the name of Fred. I have no other information about him except he was married and had children.
