I am the great-granddaughter of Fred William Hisey and Hallie Naomi Byerly Hisey. Your father had two sisters - Ruby and my grandmother, Goldie Edna Hisey. I do not have much information on the Hiseys, but I did receive a huge packet of information on the Byerlys. I will try to hunt this info. down for you.
