Hisey is not a common name. I was surprised that there was a forum for it!I don't know of a Roy Hisey.I am related to the Shanendoah Valley Hisey family.Florence Ann Hisey married James Tellius Goodall.They lived in Monroe County in W.Va. This was around the time of the War between the States.Florence was my great-grandmother.Her father was James M. Hisey. Her mother was Sarah E. Wendle.His father was Frederick Hisey who was a reverend.Fred was married to Mary Ortz.
