I am just getting started on this line and see two names I am looking for in your posting. My 2 great grandfather was James H. Hicks from Breckinridge Co., KY. I am trying to find his parents. On his first marriage license there is 'unknown' for both parents names but on second marriage license mother's name is shown as Dessia. On James' death certificate it shows Henderson as the father's name. I do not have a birth certificate for him but the dates on his death certificate are b. May 24, 1863 d. June 17, 1937.

You had noted in your posting that there was intermarriage in the lines you listed, is that possible? I hope you can help. Thank you, Connie
