I am researching the Hixson family that ended up in GREENE TN from MARYLAND / New Jersey.
Joseph Hixson died in GREENE Co TN in 1804, recieved a land warrent, and a land grant from NORTH CAROLINA.
Children said they were born in MARYLAND around 1765-1780's est time.

have you seen any GERMAN immigrantsto MARYLAND area during this time.
