Parents of Matilda Moberly Hixson?

I am looking for information on the mother of Jessie F Hixson b 1902 in Missouri.She married Wm G Tyla on 10 June 1920 in Detroit, Wayne Co., MI.

On their marriage record [from FamilySearch's pilot site] Jessie's parents were listed as Chas A Hixson and Matilda Moberley.

I have found Chas and Matilda on censuses for 1900, 1910, and 1920.On the 31st of December, 1921,Charles married a second time to Elizabeth Elizabeth F. Heeger Sauerhage and they are listed on the 1930 census.

I would like to know if anyone knows what happened to Matilda.Did she die? or did they divorce?

The parents of Matilda Moberley Hixson are a mystery.According to the 1900 census she was born Nov 1896 in Missouri, with parents listed as born in Illinois.I have been unable to locate her on the 1880 census.I would like very much to identify Matilda's parents.
