I have 7 teacher's certificates for Miss Phebe Hixson from Mt. Pleasant, Henry County, Iowa dating from 1903-1908.They show her examination scores entitling her to teach for another year.I obtained them at a flea market many years back, and would like them to find a good home.I am not related to this family, but am from Iowa originally.Please contact me if interested.
