My husband decendent of Marmaduke Hobby & Jane welch, thur son Jesse Hobby & Mary Marchant (can be found in 1860 Irwin Co.Ga. census),dau Sarah Hobby married in Irwin Co. Ga. John J. Tucker b.dec 5,1842 Irwin Co.Ga., son of Elisha Tucker & Zilpha Williams (also in 1860 Irwin Co census). John J. Tucker was in Civil War ,filed for C.W. pension in St. Lucie Co.Fl in 1912. Which he states he moved to Fl. in Oct. 10, 1875. John J. Tucker was in Co"H" 9th Reg. state of Ga. "Brooks Co. Rifles" They had Mary Magdalene "Molly" Tucker,John J. Tucker Jr.,James Thomas Tucker and Ike T. Tucker that I know of.
James Thomas Tucker married Dora Lanora Revels in Brevard Co Fl.(Titusville) They had dau Edna Tucker (my husband's grandmother) Dora divorce James Tom Tucker and married his bro Ike Tucker, they had one dau.Edna Tucker married Oscar Graves Loudermilk. This Tucker- Hobby family settled in Titusville area in Fl.on down to Indian River area & Fort Pierce, Fl. This is a proven line. Linda
