I am researching three soldiers who enlisted in the 26th Arkansas Infantry Regiment during the Civil War.They are:

Enlisted 22 May 1862 at Lewisville, Lafayette County, Arkansas.Absent home sick Apr 1863.
Enlisted during 1863 in the 2nd (Morgan's) Arkansas Cavalry Regiment.Took Oath of
Allegiance 18 Jan 1864 at Pine Bluff listing home as Smith, Bradley County; age, 31; eyes,
hazel; hair, dark; complexion, fair; height, 5' 6"; occupation, farmer.Age listed as 27 on 1860
Bradley County Census.Born in Mississippi.

Enlisted 12 May 1862 at Pine Bluff, Jefferson County, Arkansas; 50 miles from home.Absent
on furlough 30 Jun 1862.Absent sick at hospital Aug 1862.Died 25 Aug 1862 in hospital at
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.Widow Winnifred Hobson filed Pension Application
(1677) 25 Aug 1894 from Cleveland County.
I have no genealogical connection to these men but am writing a book on their regiment.Any help in learning their dates/places of birth, death, and burial location would be greatly appreciated.
