I noticed your query on the GenForum website in May regarding John Hoch of Berks County, PA. You had made mention of a book with Hoch information going back to the 1400's.

My grandmother was Emma High. I have two lines that work there way back to immigrant Melchoir Hoch. Philip was a son of Melchoir. I descend thru two of his children, Annah & David. I found a lot of my information in "Hoch-High Family in America, A Record of Some Hoch Immigrants and Their Descendents", Arranged by J. Hampton Hoch, Historian of the Hoch-High Family Reunion, 1962.

I just recently noticed a query on the same website from K. Edward Lay (kedwardlay@virginia.edu). He has this same line as follows:
