Franklin Nell and Emma Oakley

I am looking for information on Franklin Nell. He is my great Grandfather. I understand he was divorced from Emma Oakley but can find no information about what happened to him after that.
I am also looking for information about Emma Oakley. I would like to know about her second marriage. All I know is that my father called her Grandma Wolfe. I would appreciate any information about either or both of them.
